Beware, Sperm Can Defects If Often sleep late

Staying up late is the most frequent activities performed by some men Indonesia. Especially for those who love watching football.

In detail, a team of researchers from the University of Southern Denmark, said that the sperm count of men who sleep less a quarter less than men who sleep enough.

Tina Kold Jensen, as leader of the study says, "Men who sleep less have a sperm concentration of 29 per cent lower. This study may be the first to examine the quality of the sperm and hours of sleep. "
To prove this, researchers collected 953 male participants and asked to fill out questionnaires about their sleep habits. The participants were also taken samples of sperm as support materials research.
As a result, participants who do not get enough sleep in the last 4 weeks have the amount of sperm that is known even less likely to defect.
The results of this study have been published in the American Journal of Epidemiology
